Questions
Is Free really free?
Yes. No card and no timer. Feeds, boards, compare, try-on and price alerts are free for good, and every month you get stylist messages, outfit generations and photo searches.
How does the free trial work?
Plus is free for 7 days, once per account. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After that it renews monthly or yearly, whichever you picked.
Why does Pro have limits?
The stylist, outfit generation and photo search run on our own servers, shared by everyone, so each plan has a monthly allowance and a fair daily limit.
Do you mark up prices?
Never. You buy from the store at its price. We may earn a small commission, which never changes what you pay or what we recommend.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Any time, from Settings. Upgrades apply at once; cancelling or downgrading keeps your plan to the end of the paid period. Annual plans cost about 40% less than paying monthly.
