Common questions
- Buying a piece. StyleScout finds and compares clothes; you buy on the store's own website. For orders, delivery and returns, contact the store you bought from.
- Forgot your password. On the sign-in screen, choose Continue with Email, then reset your password. We'll email you a link.
- Deleting your account. Open Settings and choose Delete account. Everything tied to it is removed, as described in the privacy policy.
- StyleScout for Mac. Get it from the Mac App Store or as a direct download on the Mac page. It needs macOS 26 or later.
